What happens once I place and pay for my Order?

After you have successfully placed and submit your order at www.jakahong.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. Please check your "Spam/Junk" mail as some of our emails tend to go in there if they are not marked as Safe.
The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. It includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any online credits and/or promotions, and your post-to and bill-to information.

At what Point can I Cancel my Order?
